Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep the tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
